Capability
Robotics & AI Integration
Robot vision, motion intelligence, cobot integration and human-robot collaboration systems. Perception and decision-making are added to industrial robots and cobots within safety-rated workflows.
We integrate AI perception and decision-making into industrial robots and cobots, from pick-and-place to vision-guided assembly.

02Components
What this capability covers
01
Robot vision
2D and 3D perception for pose estimation, bin picking and quality verification.
02
Motion intelligence
Trajectory planning, force feedback and collision-aware control.
03
Cobot integration
Universal Robots, ABB and KUKA integrations with safety-rated workflows.
04
Human-robot collaboration
Mixed manual and robotic workstations with handover logic and an operator interface.
03Implementation
How we implement it
Robot cells are validated in simulation first and then on the physical cell with representative parts, lighting and cycle times. Safety design follows the applicable machinery requirements and is agreed with your safety engineers.
- Perception models are trained on images from the actual cell.
- Robot programs and vision models are versioned together.
- Operators get clear controls to pause, correct and resume.

05Use cases
Typical applications
Patterns this capability is designed for, not a list of delivered projects.
01
Vision-guided pick and place
A cobot picks unsorted parts from bins and orients them for the next station.
02
Assembly verification
Inline checks confirm the correct components, torque and orientation.
03
Hand-guided teaching
Operator-driven path teaching with smart correction and storage.
