Frequently asked questions
Is the training available in Arabic?
Yes. Programmes can be delivered in Arabic, English or both, with materials in the language of the participants.
Can programmes use our own processes and data?
Yes, and we recommend it. Exercises are built around your processes; where real data is sensitive, we use anonymised or representative samples.
Do you offer open programmes for individuals?
Open cohorts and events are published on the training pages when registration is open. Organisations can also request a dedicated programme.
How do you measure whether the training worked?
We combine participant feedback with applied results, such as completed project work, and agree the indicators with you at the start of the programme.
