NLAI provides AI engineering, data, automation, and related advisory services on a project basis. Specific scope, deliverables, and commercial terms are defined in a separate signed engagement letter or statement of work.

4. Limitation of liability

This website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. NLAI is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by that engagement's contract.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
