Capability
Enterprise AI Agents
AI agents that plan and complete multi-step tasks across your systems: gathering information, preparing work and taking actions through approved tools. Every step is logged, permissions are explicit and people approve the actions that matter.
Agents are useful when a task needs judgement across several systems, and risky when they act without limits. We design both the capability and the boundaries.

02Components
What this capability covers
01
Tool and system integration
Agents act through defined tools and APIs for your ERP, CRM, ticketing and document systems, never through unrestricted access.
02
Human approval steps
Configurable checkpoints where a person reviews and approves before an action is taken.
03
Multi-step orchestration
Tasks broken into observable steps, with retries, time-outs and a clear record of what happened.
04
Agent evaluation
Test suites that check task completion, tool use and policy compliance before each release.
03Implementation
How we implement it
We start with the task and its boundaries: which systems the agent may read, which actions it may take and where a person must approve. Tools are narrow and typed, so the agent cannot do more than the process allows.
- Each run produces an auditable trace of steps, tool calls and results.
- Agents are tested on recorded scenarios before release and monitored after it.
- Fallback paths hand the case to a person when confidence is low or a policy is unclear.

05Use cases
Typical applications
Patterns this capability is designed for, not a list of delivered projects.
01
Request handling across systems
An agent reads incoming requests, gathers context from several systems and prepares the response or case for approval.
02
Procurement and finance support
Purchase requests, supplier checks and reconciliations prepared for review by the responsible team.
03
IT and HR service desks
First-line handling of routine requests, with escalation to people for anything outside policy.
