Practice
Digital Platforms & Products
The data foundations and digital products that turn AI into everyday tools.
AI only creates value when people can use it and trust the data underneath. We build the platforms around it: data pipelines and warehouses, analytics and dashboards, customer and employee portals, and web and mobile products with AI designed into the experience. Bilingual Arabic and English interfaces and right-to-left layouts are part of the design from the start, not an adaptation.
01Problems we solve
When this practice is the right place to start
The situations this practice is designed for. If several sound familiar, it is worth a conversation.
- 01
Data lives in disconnected systems, so every report or model starts with manual extraction.
- 02
Leaders do not have a single, trusted view of the numbers they are accountable for.
- 03
Customers and employees still complete key journeys by email, phone or paper.
- 04
Existing products need AI features without rewriting everything around them.
- 05
Digital services must work equally well in Arabic and English, on every device.
02Offerings
What we offer, and what each one delivers
Each offering is scoped separately, so you can start with the one that answers your most pressing question.
- 01
Data platform foundations
Outcome
Reliable pipelines, models and governance that analytics and AI can depend on.
- 02
Analytics and executive dashboards
Outcome
One trusted view of the metrics each team is accountable for.
- 03
Customer and employee portals
Outcome
Self-service journeys that replace email, paper and manual follow-up.
- 04
AI-enabled products
Outcome
Web and mobile products with search, recommendations and assistants designed into the flow.
- 05
Integration and APIs
Outcome
Systems that exchange data reliably instead of through spreadsheets.
- 06
Digital Platform / Product Build
Outcome
A scoped product delivered in increments, from discovery to launch.
03Lifecycle position
Where Digital Platforms & Products sits in the lifecycle
The highlighted stages are the ones this practice leads. The stages before and after connect to the other practices, so nothing is lost at a handover.
01
Assess
We establish where you stand: business priorities, processes, data, systems and team readiness. The result is a clear baseline and a shortlist of opportunities worth pursuing.
02
Advise
We turn the assessment into decisions: a prioritised roadmap, a target architecture, the assumptions behind the business case and the governance needed to act with confidence.
03
Build
Led by this practice
We design and engineer the solution in short, reviewable increments, validated against real data and agreed acceptance criteria before anything reaches production.
04
Enable
We prepare your people to own what has been built: role-based training, documentation, a structured handover and the operating routines that make adoption last.
05
Operate
We run and monitor the system alongside your team, covering performance, data quality, cost and model behaviour, with clear responsibilities for incidents and change requests.
06
Scale
Once the value is proven, we extend what works to new processes, sites and business units, building on the same foundations instead of starting again.
04How an engagement runs
Phases and deliverables
Each phase ends with a review point and concrete deliverables, so you decide on the next phase with evidence in hand.
01
Discover
Users, journeys, data sources and constraints are mapped with your teams, and success is defined in terms the business can measure.
Deliverables
- Journey and data-source map
- Product scope and success criteria
02
Design
Information architecture, bilingual interface design, the data model and integration contracts are agreed before the build starts.
Deliverables
- Interface designs in Arabic and English
- Data model and integration contracts
03
Build
Delivery in short increments with regular demonstrations, automated tests and review points you can hold us to.
Deliverables
- Working increments with automated tests
- Source code in your repositories
04
Launch
A staged release with monitoring, performance and accessibility checks, and a rollback plan.
Deliverables
- Release plan and monitoring
- Accessibility and performance review
05
Hand over
Documentation and training for your product and data teams, with the option to continue under Operate & Scale.
Deliverables
- Technical and user documentation

09Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes. Most of this work extends or connects existing ERP, CRM and operational systems through their APIs or data exports, rather than replacing them.
Are interfaces designed for Arabic from the start?
Yes. Bilingual content, right-to-left layouts and Arabic typography are part of the design system and are checked in every increment.
Which technologies do you use?
We choose per context and in line with your existing standards. Typical choices are listed on each capability page as technologies we work with, not as partnerships.
What happens after launch?
Your team can take over with the documentation and handover sessions, or continue with Operate & Scale for monitoring, improvements and support.
