We work from the readiness baseline and the scored opportunities, not from a blank page. The target architecture is drawn at the level decision makers need, then detailed for the first initiatives only, so the plan stays current as your organisation learns.
- Each initiative has an owner, a budget range, dependencies and a review point.
- Architecture options state their trade-offs in cost, vendor dependence, data residency and effort.
- The governance model defines who approves use cases, data access and releases.
